Jalebi

    For Sugar Syrup: 
  1. Sugar 1 kg 
  2. Water 250 gm 
  3. For Jalebi: 
  4. Yeast 100 gm 
  5. All purpose flour 200 gm 
  6. Soda 1 pinch 
  7. Water 100 gm 
  8. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. For Sugar Syrup: Cook sugar and water together till it gets a boil. 
  2. Then turn off the stove. 
  3. For Jalebi: Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a paste. 
  4. Now put the mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebis in hot oil. 
  5. Fry till it gets brown in color from both sides. 
  6. Serve hot
