Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

1. Double cream or whipping cream 2 cups
2. Sweetened condensed milk 397g can
3. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
4. Vanilla essences 1 tbsp
5. Chocolate chips 100g

Recipe

1. In a bowl add sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and whisk it well.
2. In another bowl add the cream and beat till stiff peaks form.
3. Add the sweetened condensed milk mixture in the beaten cream.
4. Add the chocolate chips and mix .
5. Pour into a container, cover and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
6. Serve cold.
