Grilled Chicken With Garlic Sauce
- Chicken 1 (cut into 4 pieces)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
For Garlic Sauce:
- Potato 1 (boiled)
- Green chili 1
- Garlic cloves 8
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Recipe
- Grilled Chicken: Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice and ginger paste, leave overnight in fridge.
- Heat oil add black pepper and marinated chicken, fry for 10 minutes.
- Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken done.
- Remove chicken in a platter, pour garlic sauce in it.
- Serve with fries.
- For Garlic Sauce: Blend all ingredients together, pour over chicken and serve.
