Crispy Chicken Broast

Ingredients

  1. Whole Chicken 2 (cut in big pieces with skin)
  2. White Pepper 1 tbsp
  3. Salt 4 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  7. Green chili paste 3 tbsp
  8. Plain flour 2 cups
  9. Baking Powder 2 tbsp
  10. Water as required

Recipe

  1. Fill a bowl with water now add green chili paste, salt 4 tbsp, baking powder and ginger garlic paste in it.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces in bowl and leave it for about 4-5 hours to let the chicken marinated perfectly.
  3. Now take out the chicken from bowl and let it dry, make the coating by mixing the corn flour, plain flour, salt 1 tbsp and white pepper.
  4. Mix all these items very well, now roll the chicken in it and coat the chicken nicely.
  5. Now deep fry the chicken and when the color changes to golden brown take it out and serve it.
  6. Serve hot with french fries.
