Thai Soup
Ingredients
- Prawns 250g
- Chicken boneless 250g (thinly sliced)
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Chicken stock or water 4 glasses
- Sweetcorn 1 Cup
- Coconut Milk 1 Can
- Cornflour 4 tbsp (Optional)
- Garlic 4 cloves (crushed)
- Ginger 1 tbsp (julian cut)
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli 3
Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic, ginger, green chilli. Fry till Golden on high flame.
- Now add chicken & prawns. Cook on high flame, till the water drys & the chicken is completely cooked.
- Add corn, salt, black pepper powder, chicken stock/water. Mix well & wait for it to boil, then add coconut milk while mixing it with boiled rice. Cook for 4 mins.
- Make a mixer of corn flour and a little water, add mixer to the soup & keep stirring. Once it thickens, add fresh coriander 1 tbsp.
- Serve hot.
