Thai Soup

Ingredients


  1. Prawns 250g
  2. Chicken boneless 250g (thinly sliced)
  3. Boiled rice 1 cup
  4. Chicken stock or water 4 glasses
  5. Sweetcorn 1 Cup
  6. Coconut Milk 1 Can
  7. Cornflour 4 tbsp (Optional)
  8. Garlic 4 cloves (crushed)
  9. Ginger 1 tbsp (julian cut)
  10. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
  13. Green Chilli 3

Recipe


  1. Heat oil in a pan add garlic, ginger, green chilli. Fry till Golden on high flame.
  2. Now add chicken & prawns. Cook on high flame, till the water drys & the chicken is completely cooked.
  3. Add corn, salt, black pepper powder, chicken stock/water. Mix well & wait for it to boil, then add coconut milk while mixing it with boiled rice. Cook for 4 mins.
  4. Make a mixer of corn flour and a little water, add mixer to the soup & keep stirring. Once it thickens, add fresh coriander 1 tbsp.
  5. Serve hot.
