Simple Fried (Marinated) Chicken
Ingredients
For Marination:
- Chicken 1 Kg
- Yogurt 1/2 Kg
- Salt 2 tsp
- Red Chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
For Coating:
- Eggs 2
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala
Recipe
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt, red chilli and garam masala for 30 minutes.
- Cook the whole marination for 15-20 or untill chicken is totally cooked (some gravy should left behind).
- Put the chicken in another pot and discard the gravy.
- Scramble eggs in a bowl add salt and garam masala.
- Now dip the chicken in eggs and fry till the light brown color.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
