Arabian Rice
Ingredients
- Rice 400g (boiled with 2tbs salt)
- Chicken breast 2 (cut in strips)
- Salt 1&1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Cloves 8
- Green chilli 5
- Raisins 1/4 cup
- Yellow food colour 1/4 tsp
- Oil 5 tbsp
Recipe
- Marinate chicken with, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, ginger & garlic paste mix well cover and keep for half hour.
- Heat oil fry the onions till gets soft on high flame.
- Now add the chicken and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame.
- Then add the green chilli mix and add the boiled rice mix well.
- Add cloves, garam masala powder mix well, now mix the food colour with little water and spread over the rice, raisins.
- Cover the lid with a tea towel and simmer the rice on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
