Chinese Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Rice 2,1/2 cups (boiled)
- Chicken breast 1,1/2 cup (cut in small pieces)
- Prawns 1,1/2 cup
- Cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)
- Carrot 1 cup (grated)
- Spring onion 1( chopped)
- Onion 1 medium (sliced)
- Eggs 4 (scramble eggs with 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper)
- Green chilli 2
- Garlic 1 tbs
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe
- Boil the rice.
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with 1tbs of oil, keep aside.
- Heat oil 1/4 cup in a pan and add the onions, garlic fry till light brown on high flame.
- Now add the chicken and prawns and cook till the water dries, high flame.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, green chilli, salt, Chinese salt, soya sauce, spring onions, scrambled eggs mix well on high flame, then add the rice and mix again.
- Serve hot.
