Black Bean Brownies

  1. Canned black beans 400g 
  2.  Eggs 3 
  3. Coconut oil 3 tbsp 
  4. Raw cacao powder 1/3 cup 
  5.  Carob powder 2 tbsp 
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp 
  7.  Vanilla powder 3 tsp 
  8.  Baking powder 1 tsp 
  9.  Coconut sugar 3/4 cup

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 160 C. Grease a small square baking dish with coconut oil. 
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process at a high speed until smooth. 
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. 
  4. Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. 
  5. Check after 25 minutes by sliding a knife into the brownie. 
  6. If it comes away clean, the brownies are ready.
