Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  1. Chocolate 4 oz
  2. Low fat milk 2 cup
  3. Cocoa 2 tbsp
  4. Super fine sugar 4 tbsp
  5. Heavy cream 2/3 cup (well chilled)

Recipe

  1. Grate the chocolate.
  2. Heat the milk, cocoa and sugar in a pan.
  3. Remove from heat, add the grated chocolate and whisk the mixture at high speed for at least 2 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream to firm peaks.
  5. When the hot chocolate is very foamy serve it immediately in large mugs topped with 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle pinch of cocoa over it.
  7. Serve hot.
