Falsa Chutney
Falsa (Grewia Asiatica) 250 grams
Sugar ¾ cup
Water ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp (heaped)
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Recipe
Put all ingredients in a pan.
Cook until a smooth syrups forms and falsa becomes soft.
Keep in an air tight jar.
