Falsa Chutney


  1. Falsa (Grewia Asiatica) 250 grams 
  2. Sugar ¾ cup 
  3. Water ½ cup 
  4. Salt ½ tsp (heaped) 
  5. Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp 
  6. Vinegar 2 tbsp

Recipe


  1. Put all ingredients in a pan. 
  2. Cook until a smooth syrups forms and falsa becomes soft. 
  3. Keep in an air tight jar.
