Quick Chicken Macaroni

Method 1

Ingredients:


  1. Boneless Chicken – 2 cup
  2. Boiled Macaroni – 2 cup
  3. Capsicum _ red, yellow and green colour 1 each
  4. Onion – 1
  5. Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Ketchup – 4 tbsp
  7. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  8. Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
  9. White pepper – ½ tsp
  10. Oil – 1 tbsp
  11. Salt – to taste
  12. Mushrooms – 6 (Boiled)
  13. Butter 1½ tbsp

Recipe:


  1. Boil Macaroni (The time should be written on packet)
  2. Take a wok, put oil and heat it.
  3. Then add garlic paste and sauté
  4. Now add chicken and fry until chicken is cooked
  5. Then add salt, red chilli, oregano, white pepper, tomato paste, ketchup, mushrooms, onion, capsicum and butter and fry well, but don’t over cook.
  6. Finally add macaroni and mix it well. Serve with cheese.


Method 2

Ingredients

  1. Macaroni boiled 1 packet
  2. Chicken 1/2 kg
  3. Black pepper 1 tsp
  4. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Red capsicum chopped 1
  9. Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  10. Oregano 1 tsp
  11. Butter 100 gm

Recipe

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry chopped garlic in it.
  2. Then add chicken and fry well.
  3. Now add in black pepper, salt, oregano and crushed red chilli.
  4. Cover and Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Now add grated cheddar cheese, also add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Lastly add boiled macaroni and mix well.
  7. Turn the flame off, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot.
