Quick Chicken Macaroni
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken – 2 cup
- Boiled Macaroni – 2 cup
- Capsicum _ red, yellow and green colour 1 each
- Onion – 1
- Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
- Ketchup – 4 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Mushrooms – 6 (Boiled)
- Butter 1½ tbsp
Recipe:
- Boil Macaroni (The time should be written on packet)
- Take a wok, put oil and heat it.
- Then add garlic paste and sauté
- Now add chicken and fry until chicken is cooked
- Then add salt, red chilli, oregano, white pepper, tomato paste, ketchup, mushrooms, onion, capsicum and butter and fry well, but don’t over cook.
- Finally add macaroni and mix it well. Serve with cheese.

- Macaroni boiled 1 packet
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
- Red chilli crushed 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red capsicum chopped 1
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Butter 100 gm
Recipe
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry chopped garlic in it.
- Then add chicken and fry well.
- Now add in black pepper, salt, oregano and crushed red chilli.
- Cover and Cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add grated cheddar cheese, also add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
- Lastly add boiled macaroni and mix well.
- Turn the flame off, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
- Serve hot.
