Fried Fish

Ingredients


  1. Fish 1kg
  2. Lemon juice 5tbs
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chat masala 1 tsp
  6. Egg 1
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Garlic paste 1tbs
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
  10. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  11. Corn flour 4 to 5 tbs
  12. Oil for frying

Recipe


  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE CORN FLOUR) mix well.
  2. Add the fish pieces in the marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Now sprinkle the corn flour on the fish pieces on both sides and fry till gets golden, on medium flame.
  5. Once fried place the fish on paper towel to drain extra oil, sprinkle chat masala on the fish.
  6. Serve hot.
