Fried Fish
Ingredients
- Fish 1kg
- Lemon juice 5tbs
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1tbs
- Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 4 to 5 tbs
- Oil for frying
Recipe
- In a bowl add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE CORN FLOUR) mix well.
- Add the fish pieces in the marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Now sprinkle the corn flour on the fish pieces on both sides and fry till gets golden, on medium flame.
- Once fried place the fish on paper towel to drain extra oil, sprinkle chat masala on the fish.
- Serve hot.
